About

My name is Alex Majd. I am a former international lacrosse player (Team England) and current NPC bodybuilder (Men's Physique).

Although I had always enjoyed training, my true love for fitness didn't begin until the winter after my freshman year in college. My freshman season was hampered after suffering from an illness and I was determined to come back stronger the following year. This cycle of setback and recovery continued throughout my collegiate career. I suffered two knee injuries during the following seasons, both requiring surgery.

Despite these setbacks, I took on these challenges as an opportunity not only to RECOVER but to IMPROVE. This is when I began to explore sharing my knowledge and methods with others. After several successful recoveries I was asked to join the athletic department to aid in the rehab process for other athletes.

Once graduating Drew University (NCAA, DIII), I received a scholarship to play lacrosse for Durham University in the UK (BUCS, DI). After a successful season, winning another national championship for the school, I was selected to the England National Team. We went on to win gold at the 2016 ELF European Championships in Budapest.

I continued coaching lacrosse after retiring as a player. I served as Assistant Coach for my former schools Drew University (Landmark Coaching Staff of the Year), Darien High School (Under Amor National Champions), and Durham University (BUCS National Champions, men & women). I also served as Assistant Coach/Offensive Coordinator for Team Sweden (Top 25 at 2018 FIL World Championships) and the University of Miami.

After several years off from competing I decided to enter the world of competitive bodybuilding in 2021. I have since competed (naturally) in 3 NPC shows in the Men's Physique Division. This new experience added to my existing knowledge of sports and performance training.

I am now offering my guidance online. My goal is to not only help you exceed your fitness goals, but to aid you in excelling in all aspects of life. Making progress in the gym is just as much a mental exercise as a physical one.

I used to offer pre-paid packages (ie. 12 week plans), but quickly realized that this was not the most effective way of coaching. Everyone responds differently to types of training and food groups. Furthermore, the same person can respond differently depending a number of variables. For this reason, a longterm relationship is necessary to ensure optimal results.
